This was an amazing stay, so much so that we wanted to extend our stay after being here 10 minutes and we did go on to extend. We were greeted by Jen and another lovely lady, who were the kindest, warmest and most helpful people. They were funny and informative, telling us about the whole of Marathon and the keys more broadly, but also giving us loads of tips for places to eat, things to do, where to see the sunset, where to park in Key West. They were honestly amazing, and we couldn't thank Jen enough for her help. We were upgraded to a king suite which was so lovely, a huge bed, a sofa, table and chairs and a lovely big bathroom. It was spotless, smelled amazing and so cool. When we extended our stay we were told we would have to move rooms which was fine but a little annoying, so the lady we spoke to said to come down in the morning and see if there's any chance rooms could be moved around. My partner went down and saw Jen and she moved rooms around so were able to stay in our room - so kind! The pools on the resort were beautiful, surrounded by wildlife. Iguanas and lizards by the pool, that overlooks the water and the mangroves - honestly such a special place.

We were wowed by this hotel and the staff. The room looked so clean you could eat off the floors if you wished. Everything was sparkling and appeared new new new. The pool was sparkling and lots of chaise lounges available along with umbrella tables. Very lush and pretty landscaping. Bed were so comfortable and nice linens. We especially enjoyed the bar/restaurant next door. Highly recommend their fire roasted pizza. The Sparky's punch was awesome too. With the hotel on the bay and lit up so pretty, it was beautiful, relaxing and awesome.

Excellent location for a trip to the keys. Driving to key west takes approx. 1 hour, other attractions are in the immediate vicinity. Probably the cleanest rooms I have ever seen in the US, plus very spacious. Overall a great hotel and we will definitely consider to stay here again when coming to the keys.

This is a nice resort style Fairfield in. It was clean and the location was great. The pool and Tiki Bar were nice and the adjoining restaurant "Sparkys" was great. The dive/snorkeling/fishing service on site was also great.
